Our approach was developed with the understanding that many people have inaccurate thoughts about sleep and insomnia.  In addition, they do things like eating in bed, computer work or just watching the clock, which promotes staying awake instead of going to sleep.

 

We begin with a complete health and sleep evaluation by our sleep experts so we are able to determine the best components of the CBTi therapy that will be most effective for you. CBTi is not a one-size fits all type of therapy, so you can be assured that a program will be designed to fit you and your needs.

 

This program can be done in the office with additional features of actigraphy (measurement of your movements at night) and biofeedback to help monitor your response to relaxation techniques.

 

After the consultation, you can complete this program online at your convenience, and online follow up appointments with the physician are also available.
